BREEDER’S RIGHTS

You are put on a different list from the pet buyers if you purchase a birman kitten with Breeder/Show Rights. First Pick for specific litters is provided on this separate list. This customary breeder practice guarantees that you will receive the breeder quality and selection of birman cat that you are seeking for. Only up to 33% of any litter have this possibility.

Currently, purchasing Birman breeder rights costs $1,500 plus a $800 deposit. Under specific circumstances, Susan Birman Cattery sells kittens with breeder's rights. Our top objective is to place a Birman kitten with breeding rights in the ideal household. Knowing your objectives, your breeding expectations, and the kind of environment and lifestyle you intend to create will help us determine if there's a fit

You will get certified documents to register your new Birman with The International Cat Association when you buy breeding rights from the Susan Birman Cattery (TICA). Once you are registered with TICA, you will have breeding rights, allowing you to sell your kittens as TICA registered, as well as displaying rights, allowing you to participate in TICA-sanctioned events.
To assure exceptional health, we have genetically tested and thoroughly screened every Birman we use for breeding. Our Birman has undergone testing for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), Erythrocyte Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PK Deficiency), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV).

All kittens purchased with breeding rights come with a guarantee that they can reproduce. You will be put at the front of the queue to obtain a replacement Birman kitten of equivalent value if it is discovered that the Birman you purchased is sterile (with veterinarian evidence of sterility).
